- Do you accept Credit Cards?
- Yes, we gladly accept Visa and MasterCard.
- What method of payments do you accept?
- Currently we accept checks, money orders, credit cards, and
payments processed through
PayPal.
- What is a PayPal account?
- PayPal is an on-line charge account that, once set-up, can be
used to make purchases instantly and securely. Just
purchased by eBay, PayPal is easy to use and one of the web's most
popular methods for making on-line transactions.
- How do I set-up a PayPal account?
- Click on over to PayPal
and follow the instructions. It easy to set-up, free, and
you can even get $5 added to your account.
- How can I place an on-line order through the WebStore?
- We have tried to make ordering on-line quick and easy.
Once you enter the WebStore, and see an item you'd like to order,
view the 'Detailed Information' link and follow the directions.
- Be sure to add the info required before adding the item to
your cart.
- Browse through all of our great titles by entering the
WebStore here.
- How can I place an order, and mail you a check or money
order?
- Once you have your items added to your shopping cart, proceed
to the 'Checkout' in the upper right-hand corner. Fill out
the shipping options, selecting 'Mail Check' in the payment
options, and then submit the order. The next page is a
secure order form, and all you need to add is the shipping
address. Then click the 'Print' button at the bottom of the
page, and mail the form and check to:

- Why do you need my phone number and email address?
- We require this information so we can contact you should we
need clarification or additional information to process your
order.
- What do you do with the personal information that I give
you?
- Many other companies will store their customer data in a
password protected account on their web server. That data
could then be accessed by anyone who had the password, and many
often sell the info to marketing companies.
- We do not store any data on the Internet, nor will we ever
sell any customer data to any other company.
- We only use the information you provide to process your order,
and then the data on our secure server is encrypted, e-mailed to
us, and then destroyed. Once we receive the e-mail, the only
way we can read it, is to decode the message using our software.
- Occasionally, we provide special offers to our customers via
an e-mail, at which time you will have the opportunity to not
receive any other offers.
- How long will it take to receive my book?
- All of our products are custom, made to order items, so please
allow a week to ten days to receive your order. You will
receive an e-mail upon placing your order, and then again when it
is shipped. With your WebStore password, you can sign-in and
track your order on-line.
- I would like to order more than one item, what is the best way
to proceed?
- If you would like to order several different titles for the
same person...
- Check out the procedure as described in the 'Detailed
Information' page of the item, before adding it to your cart.
- Then for any other title, just include the star's name in the
text box. Be sure though, to check the 'Detailed
Information' page for each item, since all of our books do not
require the same information.
- If you would like to order several titles for different
children...
- You mast place each item in your cart individually.
- Follow the instructions on the 'Detailed Information' page of
each item.
- Why do you limit the number of friends that can be included
in each book?
The software we use to create the customized characters is limited to keep each storyline
in harmony with the rhyming patterns, and helps to ensure that the names fit within
the confines of the plot.
- Why can't I use initials for my child's nickname?
The grammar and gender issues create problems for our software on
some of the titles, and the story just reads better with an actual
name.
